Dewey Tomko

Tomko has suffered the heartbreak of coming second in the WSOP main event on two occasions; in 1982 he lost to the great Jack Strauss and 19 later he slow played aces and got them cracked by Carlos Mortensen.
He has however one of the most consistent records in big events of any player. Making final tables all over the world and collecting 3 WSOP bracelets.

He is also a top class golfer playing off scratch and owning his golf club in Florida.

He is not overly aggressive or extrovert at the table, he just quietly gets on with his business. And that business usually involves taking most of the chips!
