Poker players are very good at voicing what is best for them but not so good at seeing what is reasonable for all parties involved.
Whoa boys. I never said bag checks r effective in any way. It is reasonable for Caesars to do it due to their own legal liability.

They need to do bag checks to reduce liablility even though it doesn't achieve much. Understandable. Anything more is a hindrance.
. @WSOPTD having security look though all bags at entrance is very reasonable and a good compromise. Works well at major sport events.
. @WSOPTD plz do not ban backpacks from the WSOP or many will be forced to carry around a lg woman's purse all summer. Not as convenient.
